Simple, intimate & light-hearted. My first take on a wedding piece—a doc-style approach on this one-day, run'n'gun elopement.
I never got into weddings (seemingly high stress in an already saturated market). Now, with COVID and couples going the civil ceremony route, I wanted to try something different than what I've typically seen. Without the craze and tight schedule of the big day, I felt Spencer and Dani were able to enjoy the process.
Production notes: This being more of test, I kept the setup as nimble and COVID-compliant as possible, opting for a shotgun mic instead of wireless lavs, which impacted the audio.
